Free Cycle Phase Tracker
Find out which phase of your cycle you are in today, with estimated ovulation and next period dates.
How the tracker works
Enter the first day of your last period, your usual cycle length and how many days your period lasts. The tracker counts forward to find your cycle day and estimates which phase you are in.
Ovulation is estimated at about 14 days before your next period, which is a common average. If your cycle is longer or shorter, ovulation usually moves with it. Real bodies vary, so treat the results as a guide.
What each phase means
- Menstrual: bleeding and low energy, a good time to rest and reflect.
- Follicular: rising energy, a good time to plan and start.
- Ovulation: peak energy and connection.
- Luteal: focus, finishing and winding down.
